These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jililiv platform. By registering an account or accessing any service on jililiv, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set out in this document. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Key Principles of These Terms
18+ Age Requirement
Access to jililiv is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years and above. Any registration or activity by a person under the age of 18 is a direct breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds.
Honest Financial Conduct
All deposits made to jililiv must originate from a payment source legally belonging to the registered account holder. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay must be from accounts registered to the same person as the jililiv account.
One Account Per Person

Acceptance of Terms

- Any funds deposited that are not the result of legitimate gameplay, or that are identified as originating from fraudulent activity, will be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.

- jililiv reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawal amounts above specified thresholds.
Bonus & Promotions Policy

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which supplement and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
The following general conditions apply to all bonuses on jililiv unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:
- One bonus per player: Each eligible promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through the creation of additional accounts constitutes abuse of the bonus system and will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.
- Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jililiv and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all account balances and bonuses, and, where applicable, reporting of the activity to relevant authorities:
- Fraud and money laundering: Using jililiv to launder money, process the proceeds of criminal activity, or conduct any form of financial fraud is strictly prohibited. jililiv maintains an active anti-money-laundering (AML) programme and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
- Underage gambling: Any attempt by a person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on jililiv is strictly prohibited.
- Automated play: The use of bots, automated betting software, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform in any way is strictly forbidden.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game — including but not limited to poker, live casino games, or sports betting — is prohibited.
- Exploiting software errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or system component is prohibited. Any winnings generated as a result of a known or exploited software error will be voided.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer in respect of a deposit made to jililiv — other than in the case of a genuine unauthorised transaction — is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
- Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or any other interaction with jililiv — including misrepresenting your age, identity, or payment method ownership — is prohibited.
Account Closure & Suspension
Either you or jililiv may close your account at any time. The process and consequences of closure differ depending on whether the closure is voluntary (initiated by you) or involuntary (initiated by jililiv).
Voluntary closure: If you wish to close your jililiv account, you may do so by contacting the support team at support@jililiv with a clear written request. Before your account is closed, any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be assessed. In general, voluntary account closure with a positive real-money balance will result in the balance being returned to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing and KYC requirements. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will typically be forfeited.
Involuntary closure or suspension: jililiv reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — situations where:
- The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
- The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
- The account is identified as a duplicate of another registered account.
- Prohibited conduct, as defined in Section 6, has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
- The account is subject to an active self-exclusion request.
- A legal obligation requires jililiv to restrict or close the account.
Where an account is closed involuntarily due to a breach of these Terms, jililiv reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any real-money funds and bonus balances. Where closure is administrative or precautionary (not disciplinary), any legitimate real-money balance will be returned subject to verification.
Self-exclusion and responsible gaming closures: Players who request account closure as a responsible gaming measure — whether through a cooling-off period, temporary self-exclusion, or permanent self-exclusion — should refer to the Responsible Gaming Policy for full details. Self-exclusion requests are processed with priority and cannot be reversed during the agreed exclusion period.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jililiv, its directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jililiv platform, including but not limited to:
- Losses resulting from gambling activity on the platform, including losses sustained through the use of casino games, sports betting, or crash games.
- Temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond jililiv's reasonable control.
- Delays in deposit processing or withdrawal execution caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

- Any loss or corruption of data arising from system failures, cyberattacks, or other technical events.
jililiv makes no representations or warranties — express or implied — regarding the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and jililiv disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit jililiv's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
